To Hire the Hall

Coldridge Village Hall is available to hire by parishioners or non-parishioners either for parish/village events or private functions such as birthday celebrations, wedding receptions, anniversaries, children’s parties, talks, lectures and presentations. Its use is subject to our General Hiring Terms & Conditions.

Checking Hall Availability and Submitting a Booking Request

If you are interested in making a booking first check the hall’s availability on the date required via the calendar application below. If the desired date is available then click on that date and proceed to complete a Booking Request form via our on-line booking system.

Once completed and submitted our administration team will review your request, check and confirm the associated price and availability along with any special requests made and reply to you as soon as possible with confirmation and/or follow-up questions.
