Village Hall Defibrillator
Thanks to the efforts of our Parish Council, Coldridge has 2 defibrillator devices available for emergency use supplied by the ‘Jay’s AIM’ charity – one being sited directly outside the Village Hall in the Kitchen Yard.

The defibrillator is set-up such that once in operation it will talk you through exactly what to do. There is a child button which needs setting for anyone under 8 years old; this clear to see and use. Inside the defibrillator case there is a set of spare pads and an iPadAED Starter Kit comprising:
- tough shears to cut clothing off
- a pair of nitrile gloves
- 2 patient wipes
- prep razor to shave any hairy chests
- resuscitation face shield
Instructions on who to notify if the Village Hall Defibrillator unit is used are available in the box. The information booklets and additional 2 spare iPadAED Starter Kits are stored in the high cupboard to the left of the sinks in the Village Hall kitchen.
A second Parish Defibrillator is located in the ‘Old Phone Box’ in Eastleigh: EX17 6BG; What 3 Words locator: ///stretcher.reactions.dolls
